Terms of Service

Last updated: 09/30/2026

1. What Trackr is

Trackr is a personal order-tracking tool. It connects to email inboxes you own or are authorized to access, using credentials you provide, and reads order-related emails (confirmations, shipping notices, cancellations) to build a dashboard of your orders, spending, and cancellations. It is provided by Trackr ("we", "us").

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Trackr, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Trackr.

3. Who can use Trackr

3a. Free licenses

3b. Fair use

To keep Trackr working for everyone, there are limits on how many inboxes you can connect, how often you can run full re-scans or syncs, and how many new accounts can be made from one network. Inboxes whose login keeps failing are checked less often until it works again. We may lower these limits, or suspend an account, if it puts too much load on the service.

4. Your responsibilities

5. No warranty

Trackr is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Order statuses, totals, and cancellation figures are parsed automatically from email content and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong — we don't guarantee accuracy. Don't rely on Trackr as your sole record for anything financially or legally important.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trackr, including lost orders, missed cancellations, or account access issues. Our total liability for any claim relating to Trackr is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 3 months.

7. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Trackr for any account we reasonably believe is violating these Terms, misusing the service, or creating risk for other users. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trackr after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
