These went to a client's email, but Trackr can't tell whose they are: the ship-to isn't one of that client's addresses yet. They stay out of every client's portal and count as yours until you decide. Saying it's theirs remembers the address, so later orders to it sort themselves.
Checkout channels from Discord (your bots' success channels, client messages and the ACO showcase) are set up in Settings → Checkout channels.

Addresses that look like a typo
Orders to an address that's one or two letters (or a swapped house number) off one of your saved addresses. A carrier usually can't deliver those, so fix the spelling in that bot profile. Red ones were cancelled every time.
AI advice uses your own OpenAI key (add it in Settings) to spot patterns in what gets cancelled.

Apps check every few minutes. Normally a new version downloads and asks to restart. Make everyone update now requires the newest version: every older app installs it within about 5 minutes, without asking (after an AYCD sync in progress finishes). Apps from before 0.1.7 can't be made to: they update once on their own first.

Find an email
Admins only. Looks through your own connected inboxes (every folder, last 120 days) for an email with this in its subject or body, and shows what a sync does with it. Nothing is changed.
Inboxes with errors
Live polling waits longer after each failed check in a row (up to 6 hours), so a dead login isn't retried every 15 minutes.

Full card numbers and CVCs are encrypted with your passphrase and stay in this browser. Trackr only keeps each card's last 4 and expiry, and matches them back up when you export. Forget the passphrase and the vault can't be opened: import the cards again.

Login key
Sign in without Discord (a computer that blocks it, or when Discord is down). Get a key by sending /key to the Trackr bot, in a DM or any server it's in. It's DMed to you, and running /key again replaces it.

Count only certain products toward your stick rate (e.g. Pokémon / TCG). Everything else still shows on the dashboard as “misc,” but doesn’t affect the focused stick rate.

Misc. items
Products you add to an order only to help it go through, like a cheap add-on before checking out cards. Their shipping updates move to a Misc. items section on the Shipments tab, and emails about them stay out of Needs review. To leave them out of dashboard totals, use Omit items on the dashboard.
Autocheckout (ACO) service
If you run checkouts for other people, turn this on to get an ACO tab: each client profile's checkouts, orders, addresses and emails, kept out of your own inventory. For now this only applies to Target orders.
Discord notifications
One Discord webhook for everything: paste it once, then tick what you want pinged (Discord → Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → Copy URL). Want one kind in a different channel? Use "Different channel" on it.
Resend recent webhooks
Missed something, or just changed a webhook URL? Re-sends the pings for what happened in the window below (orders placed, shipped, delivered or cancelled in it), even ones already sent, so they land in an updated channel too. An older order that was only delivered today resends just its delivery.
Text messages
Get a text when an order ships, gets a new delivery date, is arriving, or is delivered. US and Canadian mobile numbers.

Checkout channels
Point Trackr at the channels in your Discord server where your checkout bots post successes (one per bot is fine). Every checkout in them can be copied to your own webhook in one place, and if you run an ACO service, client checkouts go to each client and, anonymously, to a showcase channel.
IDs: Discord Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode on, then right-click the server or a channel → Copy ID. Once one channel in a server is connected, more channels from that server connect straight away.
Shown on everything your clients and the showcase see from your ACO (checkout messages, order updates), in place of "Trackr ACO". The messages still come from Trackr in Discord.
Every checkout from these channels, in one channel of yours: product, size, qty, price, store, profile, email, order, which bot and which channel, with a link to the original post.
For a public channel in your server: each client checkout as "Client checkout!" with the item, qty and photo. Never who it was, the price, the store account, emails or anything else.
OpenAI API key
Used only for the address advice on the Addresses tab. Stored encrypted, never shown again, and only your account uses it.
Delete account
Removes every connected inbox, saved password and order. This can't be undone.
Inboxes
Trackr only reads an inbox when you tap Sync now, or on its own if you turn on Live polling for it: new mail is read within seconds, with a backup check every 15 minutes. It only looks at emails from retailers and never marks anything as read.

Clean up an inbox
Clear out promo and mass-sent emails. Preview what matches first: nothing is touched until you confirm. Then the matches go to that inbox's Trash, where your mail provider keeps them for about 30 days. Order, shipping, pickup and raffle emails are always kept, even if they match.
Every completed scan, newest first: when it ran, which inbox, how many emails were scanned and what it found.

Delete email data & re-scan
Wipes every cached email and every order Trackr built from email, then re-scans your inboxes from scratch. Your connected inboxes, settings, orders you added by hand and recorded sales all stay. Use this if the numbers ever look wrong.
Using more than one inbox? Orders are combined by order number, and an email found in two inboxes is only counted once.
