Everything Trackr does, and how to use it.
Trackr reads the order emails in your inboxes and turns them into one live dashboard: every checkout, what stuck, what got cancelled, what's shipping, your addresses, your bots and your profit. This guide walks through all of it.
Start hereWhat Trackr is
Trackr is an order tracker built for people who check out a lot: resellers, collectors and cook groups.
You connect the inboxes your orders go to. Trackr reads only the retailers' emails (confirmations, shipping updates, cancellations, pickups, raffles) and builds your dashboard from them. You don't type anything in. When a cancel email lands, your stick rate updates on its own.
- Stick rate: the share of your orders that weren't fully cancelled. An order with one item cancelled out of two still stuck.
- Everything in one place: orders from every inbox are combined by order number, and an email found in two inboxes counts once.
- On the web, on your phone, on your desktop: trackr.bio works in any browser, and there's an app for Windows and Mac.
Retailers Trackr reads
Other stores' order emails are read too when they follow the usual layout. Any email Trackr can't read goes to Needs review instead of being dropped.
Sign in and your license
- Sign in with DiscordGo to trackr.bio and press Sign in with Discord. You may be asked to join the Trackr Discord first.
- Your free license startsYour first sign-in comes with a free 30-day license. You'll see it under Settings → Account → License.
- Keep it goingIn its last week, or after it runs out, press Extend 30 days in the same place. Got a license key? Paste it into Enter a license key and press Redeem.
When a license runs out, nothing is deleted. Your account turns read-only and Trackr stops checking your inboxes until you extend it.
Signing in without Discord
On a computer that blocks Discord, or while Discord is down, use a login key. Send /key to the Trackr bot in a DM or any server it's in. It DMs you a key; paste it on the sign-in page. Running /key again replaces the old key.
Referrals
Under Referrals you'll find your own link. Every 5 friends who sign up with it and activate a license add a week to your subscription.
Connect your inboxes
Where: Inboxes → Connect & resetConnect every inbox your orders go to. Most providers need an app password: a separate password just for Trackr, which your normal password can't be used in place of. Trackr encrypts it and never shows it again.
- Pick your provideriCloud, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, or Other (any IMAP mail).
- Make an app passwordFollow the steps for your provider below, then paste the password with your email address.
- Choose retailers (optional)Under Only scan for specific retailers? you can limit an inbox to the stores you care about.
- Press Connect inboxTrackr checks the login and runs your first scan.
| Provider | How to get the password |
|---|---|
| iCloud | account.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords. Use your main iCloud address, not a Hide My Email alias. Mail to your aliases lands in your main inbox, and Trackr sorts orders by alias on its own. |
| Gmail | Press Sign in with Google: no app password needed. Google may say it hasn't verified the app yet; tap Advanced, then Go to trackr.bio. Or turn on 2-Step Verification and create an App Password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords. |
| Outlook | Press Sign in with Microsoft. If your account still has app passwords, you can use one instead (account.live.com/proofs/AppPassword). |
| Yahoo | login.yahoo.com/account/security → Generate app password. |
| AOL | login.aol.com/account/security → Generate app password. |
| Other | Any provider with IMAP (SSL, port 993). Enter the IMAP server from your provider's help pages, e.g. imap.zoho.com. |
| AYCD | No password from Trackr's side: see Connect AYCD Inbox below. |
Connect AYCD Inbox
Already have your catch-alls and mail accounts in AYCD Inbox? Connect AYCD once instead of each inbox. The best way is a mailhook: AYCD sends Trackr each retailer email itself, from the accounts you choose, as soon as it arrives. No Trackr app needed; AYCD just has to be open.
- In Trackr: Inboxes → Connect & reset → AYCD, keep Mailhook picked and press Create my mailhook. Trackr shows a Receiver URL and a Signing secret that belong to your account only, and a filter file.
- In AYCD, open Mailhooks and make a new mailhook. On Delivery, keep Standard Mailhooks, paste the Receiver URL and replace the Signing Secret with Trackr's.
- On Mail Accounts, tick the accounts to send from. Leave out any already connected in Trackr.
- On Filters, choose File → Import and pick Trackr's filter file, so only retailer emails and forwards leave your computer.
- Save, press Check Endpoint (it should say Trackr), then Send Existing Matches to send the emails already in AYCD. New mail comes by itself from then on.
The inbox shows up as AYCD · Mailhook. AYCD signs everything it sends with your secret, and Trackr only takes mail signed with it, so nobody else's AYCD can send into your account. Keep the secret private; if it gets out, press Make a new URL and secret and paste the new pair into AYCD. To send older mail again, run Send Existing Matches in AYCD (Trackr's Re-scan can't reach AYCD). To disconnect, remove the inbox in Trackr and delete the mailhook in AYCD.
The Trackr Windows app can also read AYCD itself, through AYCD's MCP server (its API key, from Settings → MCP Server) or its IMAP server: pick one of those under Connect → AYCD, in the app on the computer where AYCD runs. That inbox shows up as AYCD · your computer's name and syncs every few minutes while AYCD and the app are both open.
Syncing and Live polling
Trackr reads an inbox when you press Sync now. Turn on Live polling for an inbox and Trackr stays connected to it, all day, even with Trackr closed: new mail is read within seconds (the inbox shows Instant), with a backup check every 15 minutes. Trackr only looks at retailers' emails, also checks your spam folder for them, and never marks anything as read.
Turn on Live polling for the inboxes you check out on. Your Discord pings and texts only go out when Trackr has read the email.
Clean up an inbox
Under Inboxes → Clean up, clear out promo and mass-sent emails. Two ways to pick what goes:
- Suggestions: tap Find mass mail and Trackr reads the inbox's last 7, 30 or 90 days and lists what's sent in bulk: every sender with 5 or more emails (how many, the most in one day, how many different subjects; mail through Hide My Email's random relay addresses counts as the store behind it, and one mailing sent from many addresses, with the same subject or the same sender name, is one sender), each one's subjects that keep coming back (numbers and prices aside, so "Save $20 today" and "Save $35 today" are one), and your newest 30 emails. Tick a whole sender, one of its repeated subjects, or any of the newest emails (that picks every email from that sender with the same subject). View opens one first.
- By retailer: pick retailers and words from the subject lines ("40% off", "new arrivals").
Then choose how far back to clean and Preview. Nothing moves until you press Move to Trash, and order, shipping, pickup and raffle emails are always kept, even when their sender is picked.
If the numbers ever look wrong
Inboxes → Connect & reset → Delete email data & re-scan wipes every order Trackr built from email and reads your inboxes again from scratch. Your inboxes, settings, orders you added by hand and recorded sales all stay. Scan history shows every scan, what it read and what it found.
The dashboard
Your stick rate, orders, units, spend and cancels for any time frame, at a glance.
- Time frame: Today, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, this year, all time, or your own dates.
- Retailer and account: narrow everything to one store or one inbox address.
- Pokémon only and your Focus filter: count just the products you care about.
- Top products: what your money went to in the time frame, product by product, most kept spend first: where it came from, the units you kept, what they cost (tax included) and how much stuck. View all lists every product, to search and sort by spend, units, orders or stick rate. Tap a product to see its orders.
- Recent orders: tap any order to see its items, status, tracking and every email Trackr read for it.
Add an order by hand
For an order Trackr didn't find in your email (a store purchase, say), press the + button and fill in the items. Hand-added orders count everywhere, including Inventory, and stay through re-scans.
Get around fast
Press Ctrl K (⌘ K on a Mac) to jump to any page or action. Export your orders any time with Export CSV.
Shipments
Every package and store pickup from your orders: where it is and where it's going. Updates come from the retailers' emails, including new delivery dates and "arriving today" notices. Tap a package for its tracking.
- Misc. items: shipping for cheap add-ons (see Misc. items) gets its own section, so it doesn't clutter your list.
- Personal and ACO: if you run an ACO, split Shipments into your own and your clients' (Settings → General).
Needs review and Preorders
Needs review lists retailer emails with an order number that Trackr couldn't read, plus orders it was unsure about. Copy one and send it to the Trackr team so Trackr learns that layout, then re-scan. Check it for personal details like your address before sharing.
Preorders lists preorders still waiting to ship: release-date and "your card will be charged soon" emails, matched to their orders. When the shipping email comes in, the order moves to Shipments.
Raffles
Raffle and drop entries Trackr finds in your email (EQL, Fanatics Product Drops and others), and how each turned out. Entries aren't orders and never count toward spend. If you win, the order confirmation shows up on the dashboard as usual. Discord can ping you for each entry and result (see Discord notifications).
Inventory, sales and profit
Inventory is every unit you bought and kept, across all time. Cancelled units never count.
- Record a sale: tap a product, enter how many and for how much, and Trackr tracks what you made.
- Sell something else: on Sales, Add a sale records anything that isn't in Inventory, like cards or sealed you didn't track, sneakers, a bot key, a cook group spot, accounts or ACO service. Give it a category (TCG, Non-TCG, Software, Services, Accounts or Other) and, if it cost you something, its cost. It counts in your revenue and profit, the sales card and
/profit. - Edit a product: set its photo, units or cost per unit, or hide it. Use values from orders puts it back.
- Merge: when one product shows under two names, merge them so they count as one everywhere. You can undo it any time.
Sales shows your revenue, what it cost to run (add expenses like bots, proxies and servers) and what you actually made, for any time frame. Its Success card button makes a shareable sales card with your profit and top sellers. The Where / who tab lists every place or person you sold to (from the Where / who box on each sale), biggest first, with what you made there; spellings of one place count together ("eBay", "ebay.com" and "E-bay" are one), and tapping one shows its sales.
eBay (a tab on Sales): press Link eBay and sign in on eBay's own page. Trackr then reads your eBay orders and payouts by itself, every couple of hours, and the first link brings in the last two years. Each sale comes in with what the buyer paid, eBay's fees, the shipping label and any ad fees, and lands on the Sales tab as a sale of the matching Inventory product, with "eBay" in Where / who. When Trackr can't tell which product a listing is, it waits under To match: pick the product (or "Not in Inventory") once and later sales of that listing follow. A cancelled or refunded order takes its sale back off. The tab also shows what you sold, eBay's fees, labels and refunds, your net payout and profit, your top sellers and a month-by-month chart. Trackr can only read: it can't list, change or refund anything, and it keeps no buyer details. Unlink stops it; the sales it brought in stay.
Accounts
Every email address that received orders, including Hide My Email aliases, for the dashboard's time frame and retailer. Tap one to see its orders. Handy for spotting which accounts get cancelled.
Addresses
How each of your shipping addresses is doing, so you know which ones to run on the next drop.
Your own Target and Topps orders, grouped by house number and street. Jigs (capitals, spacing, suffixes, anything in front, unit lines) never split one place into several. ACO clients' orders and store pickups are left out.
- Save your addressesPress Saved addresses and add your real addresses. Every jigged version groups under its saved address.
- Pick a time frame1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, your own dates, or all time, and a retailer if you like.
- Read the tabsRankings, Jig success, Wrong addresses and Every address.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Rankings | Each place's checkouts, cancels and stick rate in the time frame, best first. |
| Jig success | Which jig patterns stick and which get cancelled. |
| Wrong addresses | Orders to an address one or two letters off (or with a swapped house number) from a saved one. A carrier usually can't deliver those, so fix that bot profile. Red ones were cancelled every time. |
| Every address | All of them, A to Z. |
Tap any address for its whole history: orders in the last 7, 14, 30 and 90 days and all time, a week-by-week chart, every order with who used it, the jigs that work there, and whether it's ready for the next drop.
Get AI advice looks for patterns in what gets cancelled. It uses your own OpenAI key, added under Settings → General. It's stored encrypted and used for nothing else.
Profiles builder
Build checkout profiles in bulk for any retailer, or import the ones your bots already have, then export them in any bot's format.
- RetailerPick where the profiles are for.
- WhoNames and emails: your own list, generated, or read from your emails.
- WhereYour base address and the jigs to apply. Load my addresses and Use my best jigs pull from your Addresses data.
- PaymentImport your cards from a file or from your card vault.
- Preview, then exportCheck every profile, Re-roll if you like, and download for your bot: sniped.gg, Shikari, Alpine AIO, Hayha, Stellar AIO, AYCD, or CSV.
Expressions
Type expressions into any field to vary each profile. A few favorites:
| Expression | What it does |
|---|---|
%c3% | 3 random capital letters, e.g. APT 1-%c3% |
%w:Apt|Unit|Ste% | One word from your list. Leave an entry blank (||) to sometimes put nothing. |
%n:1-250% | A number from 1 to 250. |
%i% | Counts up on every profile. |
%p:{first}{last}% | Random periods in a Gmail address (Gmail ignores them). |
%jig% | Your base address with the ticked jigs. |
%phone% | A real-looking US number, area code from the address's state. |
The builder's Expressions panel lists all of them with examples. Expressions window (at the top of Profiles) opens the same list in a small window you can drag anywhere and resize, so it stays beside the form while you work; click an expression to copy it. It opens where you left it.
Import from a bot, and your card vault
Drop in any bot's profile export. Trackr keeps the profiles and puts the full cards in your card vault.
Card numbers never leave your browser. The vault is encrypted with a passphrase you choose, and Trackr's servers only ever keep each card's last 4 digits and expiry. Forget the passphrase and the vault can't be opened, so import the cards again.
Success cards
Where: Dashboard → Share successA shareable image of your haul: orders stuck, stick rate and your top products with photos.
- Layouts: Signature, Bots, Classic, Poster, Grid, Receipt and Recap, as a dark or light card, wide or as a phone story.
- Bots: the card's orders that stuck, split by the bot that checked each one out (from your checkout channels: the bot's post is matched to the order email by order number, else the same email and store): each bot's stuck orders, share, units and stick %, ranked, with your top bot up top. Cancelled orders and orders no bot posted aren't shown, nor are checkouts whose order email never came in, unless the bot posted that the order is still good (Valor's Order Still Good). Hayha, Sniped, Valor, Alpine, QuickCop, Swft, Stellar AIO, Refract, Shikari, Cybersole, PolarAIO and HiddenAIO show under their own name with their logo, whatever your channel is called (it can also go by the name the bot posts under); any other bot shows its initial. Pick up to 2 bots to show the products each one checked out most instead: 4 between them, 2 each, and if one only had 1 product the other shows 3.
- Products: show your top 3, 5 or 8, sorted by most bought or highest MSRP. Omit items… leaves things out.
- Colors and backgrounds: preset palettes, your own gradient of up to 3 colors, patterns, or Upload image/GIF. A GIF background exports as an animated GIF.
- Your text: a top tag (like your @handle) and a big caption.
- Secret: hides who made it. No name (it says Secret flex), a mask instead of your picture, no top tag, and an ACO client's name reads just "ACO". Your numbers, products and caption stay.
- Hide cancels: leaves the cancelled count off the card, so it shows just what stuck. The stick rate stays.
- Stick rate (Signature card, on by default): turn it off and the card is just what you checked out: how many checkouts, how many products (cancelled ones too), and the haul counted the same way. Nothing about what stuck or got cancelled. In Discord:
/generate stick_rate:False. - What it counts: any time frame (the last 24 hours, 7, 14 or 30 days, all time, or Custom range… with your own from and to dates) and retailer, Pokémon only or your Focus filter, total spend on or off, and (for ACO) all, ACO or personal orders.
Download PNG saves it. On a phone, Save to Photos opens your share sheet: on iPhone, tap Save Image and it goes straight to Photos.
In Discord, /generate makes the same card. Turn on secret to post it anonymously, with no name, just the spend and stick rate, and hide_cancels to leave the cancelled count off.
Discord notifications
Where: Settings → Notifications- Make a webhookIn your Discord server: Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → Copy Webhook URL.
- Paste it onceOne webhook covers everything. Press Test to check it.
- Tick what you wantWant one kind in another channel? Press Different channel on it and paste that channel's webhook.
- Save notificationsExisting orders won't ping. Only changes from now on do.
Each ping leads with what happened (✅ new order, 📭 shipped, 📬 delivered, ‼️ new delivery date, ❌ cancelled, 🚚 arriving), then the store with its logo, what you ordered (with its photo), the order number, total and units, the date that matters, and where it's going. Tracking numbers link straight to the carrier's tracking page.
| Ping | When it fires |
|---|---|
| New order confirmed | Each new order. |
| Order cancelled (late) | Only when the cancel lands a while after the order (you pick how many hours), so drop-time cancels stay quiet. |
| Item cancelled (instant) | Every cancelled item, right away. For watching a drop live. |
| Order shipped | When it ships, with tracking links. |
| Order delivered | When the retailer emails that it arrived. On for anyone with shipped pings on. |
| New delivery date | When a retailer emails a new estimated delivery date. |
| Arriving today / tomorrow | Once per day it names. |
| Raffle entered / result | Each entry Trackr finds, and won or not selected. |
| Daily digest | Once a day at the hour you pick: new orders and spend, and what shipped, was delivered or got cancelled. Digest only skips the per-order confirmed, shipped and delivered pings. |
| Daily bot stats | With the digest: checkouts and stick % per bot. See Bot stats. |
| Daily checkouts for your server | A short public post: checkouts per bot, no details. |
Missed something, or just changed a webhook? Resend recent webhooks re-fires everything from the last few hours. If a webhook stops working (deleted, or the link changed), Trackr stops posting to it until you save it again.
Text messages
Where: Settings → Notifications → Text messagesGet a text when an order ships, gets a new delivery date, is arriving, or is delivered. US and Canadian mobile numbers.
- Add your numberPress Text me a code, then enter the 6-digit code.
- Pick what to be texted aboutShipped (with tracking), New delivery date, Arriving, Delivered, Cancelled.
Lots of orders with the same news at once come as one text, and there's a daily limit. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Once you text START back, press Turn texts back on. If you don't see this panel, texts aren't switched on for Trackr yet.
Focus filter and Misc. items
Where: Settings → CountingFocus filter counts only certain products toward your stick rate, e.g. Pokémon or TCG. Add keywords, and tap your products to always include (green) or always exclude (red) them. Everything else still shows, as misc, but doesn't move your focused stick rate.
Misc. items are products you add to an order only to help it go through, like a cheap add-on. Their shipping updates move to their own section on Shipments, and their emails stay out of Needs review.
Checkout channels
Where: Settings → Checkout channelsPoint Trackr at the channels where your checkout bots post their successes (one channel per bot is best).
- Invite the Trackr botUse trackr.bio/invite (see Add the bot), and give it View Channel and Read Message History in those channels.
- Add the channelPaste the server and channel IDs. To copy an ID: Discord Settings → Advanced → turn on Developer Mode, then right-click the server or channel → Copy ID.
- Prove it's yoursPost the one-time code Trackr shows in that channel. Once one channel in a server is connected, more channels from that server connect straight away.
Then you can have every checkout copied to one channel of yours (product, size, qty, price, store, profile, email, order, bot and channel, with a link to the post). If you run an ACO, clients get their own checkouts, and an ACO showcase channel can post each client checkout anonymously. Your ACO's name replaces "Trackr ACO" on everything your clients see.
Bot stats
How each bot is doing: checkouts, units, stick %, sites, cancels and declines, from the channels you linked.
Bot stats only show up once at least one checkout channel is linked and live: the Bots success card, Daily bot stats and Daily checkouts for your server in Notifications, and /bots in Discord.
Trackr reads every post in your linked channels and sorts it:
- Checkouts: "Successful Checkout", "Checked Out!" and the like. A checkout with several products counts once, with each product in your top products.
- Cancels: "Order Canceled: Item Demand", "Cancelled Checkout" and so on, with their reason. A cancel for an order with no success post counts as a checkout that got cancelled.
- Declines: "Payment Declined", "Checkout Failed". Listed, but never part of stick %.
- Everything else (monitor pings, restocks, queues) is ignored.
Stick % counts a checkout as cancelled when its bot posted a cancel for it or its order email was cancelled, and as stuck when its order email came in and wasn't cancelled. Checkouts with neither aren't counted either way; the message says how many had a known outcome.
Daily messages
Turn on Daily bot stats under Settings → Notifications for a detailed post with your daily digest: the last 24 hours per bot, with each bot's last 7 days alongside. Bots without checkouts that day are left out. Daily checkouts for your server is a short public version: just checkouts per bot.
In Discord, /bots shows any time frame. Use its bots option to see one bot or a few (shikari, valor-cook), or leave it empty for all.
Proxies
The Proxies page (it shows up once a checkout channel is linked) ranks your proxy providers from the Proxy on your bots' posts: each provider's checkouts, declines, checkout rate (checkouts out of checkouts and declines), and how many of its checkouts stuck or were cancelled, by the same rules as bot stats. Under it, By drop shows each drop (one product's attempts close together in time) with its providers and the best one marked, so you can see who performed on the drops that matter. It uses the dashboard's time frame and retailer. In Discord, /proxies shows the same, with a drop option for one product.
Trackr keeps only the provider (the proxy's domain, like onyxlabsproxies.com) and the kind of proxy when the proxy says (Residential, Mobile, ISP, Datacenter). The proxy's address, port, username and password are never saved.
Add the bot to your server
Where: trackr.bio/invite, Add Trackr to Discord in the app, or /invite in DiscordPut the Trackr bot in your own Discord server so you and your members can use its commands there.
- Open the inviteGo to trackr.bio/invite, pick your server and press Authorize. You need Manage Server in that server.
- Link Trackr accountsEach member signs in at trackr.bio with the same Discord. Then their commands show their own orders.
/aboutand/guidework for everyone, linked or not. - Bot stats (optional)To count checkouts, give the bot View Channel and Read Message History in your bots' success channels, then add them under Checkout channels.
The bot only posts when someone uses a command (like a secret /generate). Your pings and daily posts go through the webhooks you set in Settings, not the bot.
Discord commands
Type these anywhere the Trackr bot is. Most only show their answer to you, unless you turn on share (or leave private off).
| Command | What it shows |
|---|---|
| /24 | Your stats for the last 24 hours. |
| /stats | Your stats for a time frame and retailer. |
| /generate | Your Signature success card as an image. secret posts it without your name; hide_cancels leaves the cancelled count off. |
| /bots | Checkouts and stick % per bot, for all your bots or the ones you pick. |
| /proxies | Which proxy providers checked out and stuck best, overall and drop by drop. |
| /cancels | What got cancelled lately. |
| /tracking | What's out for delivery today and arriving tomorrow. |
| /address | One address: is it ready for the next drop? Its jigs and orders. |
| /drop | Which of your addresses are ready for a retailer's next drop. |
| /leaderboard | This server's stick-rate leaderboard. Join by name or anonymously. |
| /raffles | Your open raffle entries and recent wins. |
| /profit | Sales, profit and expenses for a time frame. |
| /key | A login key for trackr.bio, sent to your DMs. |
| /about | Everything Trackr does, as three short cards. Works for anyone, with or without Trackr. |
| /invite | A link to add the Trackr bot to your own server. Works for anyone. |
| /guide | A link to this guide, or to one part of it with section. Works for anyone, with or without Trackr. |
Many take a range (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, all time), a retailer, and focus or pokemon to count only those products.
Running an ACO service
Where: Settings → General → Autocheckout (ACO) serviceIf you check out for other people, Trackr keeps each client's orders apart from yours.
- Turn it onTick I run an ACO service. An ACO clients tab appears, with the ACO and personal filters on the dashboard, Shipments and success cards. They all stay hidden while it's off.
- Add profilesAdd each client's checkout profiles (name and email), one at a time or many at once. Profiles named alike ("Mia 1", "Mia 2") belong to one client.
- Set feesUnder Billing, set what each client pays: per unit, per checkout, or a percent of spend. Record payments to keep a running balance.
- Invite clientsSend each client their portal invite so they can see their own orders.
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Clients | Each client's checkouts, orders, addresses and emails. |
| Orders | Every client order, by profile. |
| Billing | What each client owes for the time frame, their balance and payments. |
| Needs review | Orders to a client's email whose ship-to isn't one of their addresses yet. Say whose it is once and Trackr remembers the address. |
| Changes | Every change you've made, with Undo. |
For now, ACO sorting covers Target orders. Client orders stay out of your own inventory, and Shipments and success cards let you show all orders, just ACO or just yours.
The client portal
Clients open trackr.bio/portal and sign in with Discord to see the orders you ran for them: what checked out, what shipped, tracking and what got cancelled. They can add their own Discord webhook for updates, get the last 2 weeks of checkouts sent to it, and make a success card of their own checkouts.
App and appearance
Search everything: press Ctrl / (⌘ / on a Mac) anywhere in Trackr, or tap the search button. Type what you're after (digest, jig, webhook, export) and press Enter: Trackr opens that page and tab and lights up the setting. It finds your orders and this guide too. Here in the guide, the same keys search the guide.
Settings → General → Appearance: pick your colors, dark or light, and Compact to fit more on the screen. Saved on that device.
Settings → General → Trackr app: download Trackr for Windows or Mac, or install it from your browser, for its own window and icon. On a phone, add trackr.bio to your home screen.
Privacy and your data
- Your orders are private to your account.
- Inbox app passwords are encrypted and never shown again. Trackr only reads retailer emails and never marks anything as read.
- Card numbers stay in your browser's encrypted vault and are never sent to Trackr.
- Settings → Account → Delete account removes every inbox, saved password and order. It can't be undone.
The full details are in the Privacy Policy and Terms.
FAQ and fixes
An order is missing.
Check that the inbox it went to is connected, then press Sync now. Look in Needs review: if Trackr couldn't read the email, it's there. For an order with no email at all, add it by hand with the + button.
My numbers look off.
Run Inboxes → Connect & reset → Delete email data & re-scan. Your inboxes, settings, hand-added orders and sales stay.
My inbox won't connect.
Use an app password, not your normal password (see Connect your inboxes). For iCloud, use your main address, not a Hide My Email alias. For Outlook, try Sign in with Microsoft.
I'm not getting Discord pings.
Press Test next to the webhook in Settings → Notifications. If it was deleted in Discord, make a new one and save it. Turn on Live polling for the inbox so Trackr reads new emails without you pressing Sync now.
Why is a bot's stick % blank?
Stick % needs a known outcome: the order email in one of your connected inboxes, or a cancel post from the bot. Connect the inboxes your bot checks out with.
Do Hide My Email aliases work?
Yes. Connect your main iCloud inbox. Orders sent to your aliases land there, and Trackr sorts them by alias on the Accounts tab.
Does a cancelled item count against me?
An order is only "cancelled" when everything in it was cancelled. An order with one item cancelled out of two still stuck. Cancelled units never count in Inventory or top products.
Where do I get help?
Ask in the Trackr Discord. Share the email from Needs review (check it for personal details first) and the team can teach Trackr that layout.
